Habitat Volunteer Training and Safety

Safety on the construction site is of utmost importance in Habitat builds. The majority of Habitat for Humanity volunteers are not skilled in using most home construction tools and may be unaware of the hazards they might encounter.

Our Towns Habitat wants you to get the most out of volunteering with us! We are committed to providing you with an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. There are skilled staff and longtime volunteers on site to instruct volunteers at all times. Our Towns crew supervisors work hard to train you and keep you safe.

Because you may be faced with unfamiliar tasks and situations, we ask that you please take 20 minutes to complete this online safety training course. It’s informative and doesn’t take long, and you will gain crucial and useful knowledge about common construction site safety.
