Our Towns Habitat for Humanity's Privacy Policy

This web site is owned and operated by Our Towns Habitat for Humanity. We want to assure our visitors that the information you provide to us is secure and handled accordingly. We reserve the right to make updates or changes to the Privacy Policy at any given time. We will post any changes to our Privacy Policy on this page.

Your Information Remains Confidential

Our Towns Habitat for Humanity employs its best efforts to protect and honor the privacy of our online visitors and donors. We will never share your personal information with third parties. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information with anyone who may want to offer you their own products or services. To that end, we maintain control of our own mailing lists. Our mailings are never outsourced. Additionally, we recognize that many donors choose to remain anonymous and always respect those wishes.

Is Credit Card Information Secure?

We are concerned about the safety and security of your online credit card transaction. We use high-grade encryption and the "https" security protocol to communicate with your computer's browser software. This is the industry standard in security protocol. This method makes it extremely difficult for unauthorized users outside of Our Towns Habitat for Humanity to intercept your credit card information. Our Donation Form page contains an SSL Certificate logo, that when clicked, will verify that transactions on our site are protected with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
