Are you looking for that one special antique or collectable that you haven't been able to find, or that one-of-a-kind surprise for a loved one? Our Towns ReStore has a Silent Auction every three weeks where you are able to bid on antiques, collectibles and other eclectic items.

How You Can Help
Individuals:
Clean out your attic or garage and donate your new or "gently used" furniture, appliances, household items, tools, building materials, decorative items, etc. Tell your friends, neighbors, college students - everyone you know- about the store, both for donating as well as shopping.
Business Owners:
Donate overstocked or out of season inventory, merchandise returns, office furniture or displays.
Payment:
The ReStore accepts cash, debit cards and most credit cards. All credit card transactions must be presented with a valid photo ID.
Donations:
All materials sold in the store have been donated by individuals, businesses and organizations in our community. Help us to help others by donating your new and "gently used" items.
- Donations are tax deductible
- Donations may be dropped off any time during normal business hours
- Limited pick-up service available for larger items.
Free Pick-Ups Available:
Free pick-ups of large items are available for Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville. Items should be in good, resellable condition, no broken and/or soiled items. Items should be on the ground floor and any small items need to be in boxes or bags. The Warehouse Manager will call and schedule a convenient time for your pickup. Please call 704-896-8957 x 204 and leave a message with all pertinent information or email jean@ourtownshabitat.org.
Delivery Policy:
We make deliveries for $35 plus tax to Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville and Mooresville. We do not make deliveries on Saturday. Depending on our schedule, delivery may take up to a week. The fee is waived if we are picking up large sellable items at the same time as the dlivery.
Sold Policy:
Items paid in full may be left at the store for a maximum of four (4) business days from date of purchase. Due to limited space, after four (4) days the items will be restocked - no money will be refunded and no store credit will be given.
Sales Returns/Refunds:
Refunds will be given only for electrical items that DO NOT WORK. For a refund, these items must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and you MUST have your register receipt.
Store credit given only for measured items that do not fit (for example: doors, windows, cabinets, etc.). Items must be brought back within thirty (30) days and you MUST have your register receipt.
ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL
Items are sold As-Is with no returned permitted. Vehicles, boats and other mechanical items are sold As-Is with no warranty implied or given.
