Fall 2011 PSA campaign: What Will You Build?
Habitat for Humanity’s new public service announcement campaign will begin airing this month on television and radio stations around the country. Post your experience to the Habitat Map App!
In celebration of Habitat’s 500,000th and 500,001st milestone and World Habitat Day, we’ve created a new Habitat Map Appthat encourages volunteers to tell us where they’ve built with Habitat for Humanity. The app will be on Habitat.org, as well as on Facebook, and will allow individuals to post previous Habitat experiences, along with photos and videos. Our goal is to create a dynamic representation of 35 years of Habitat volunteer experiences around the globe—so your participation is very important! The Map App will launch publicly on Oct 3, but as “hardcore” Habitat volunteers, we’re giving you advance access! Visit app.habitat.org/habitatmaptoday to get started. 

Habitat World Online: Sign up for email alerts
Habitat World is taking its online presence to the next level. Starting in October 2011, Habitat World will continue to print three issues a year, while offering online versions of these issues, plus three additional Web-only issues offering exclusive interactive content on Habitat.org.
