Donating
We need land.
Land is always a primary need of Our Towns Habitat for Humanity. We are interested in talking with you if you have or are aware of available, developable land in Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, or Huntersville.
Please contact us if:
- you are landlord and have rental properties that need extensive repair and you would rather sell or donate the land;
- you are a landlord handling rental property and you are ready to cash in your property and retire from property management;
- you are a real estate agent and are aware of available developable land in our area;
- you are aware of surplus property form abandonded redebelopment projects;
- you have inherited land or a developed property and you would prefer to sell it for a cash price;
- you are an attorney handling a will or estate including property that the heirs would like to sell or donate quickly;
- you are in the midst of a divorce and are interested in selling jointly owned property quickly.
